- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical information accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain sterile environments in operating theatre and maternity settings
- Respond effectively to emergency situations in ward and emergency departments
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid Malaysian Nursing Board license
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical nursing experience in relevant departments
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical environments
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical nursing practice
