Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Safely dispense medications and provide accurate dosage instructions to patients
- Conduct patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper storage
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking pharmaceutical products
- Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation
- Stay updated on new medications, treatments, and pharmaceutical industry developments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Registered Pharmacist license with valid PRC license
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medication management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
