Tanggung Jawab
- Process Vehicle Registrations: Manage the end-to-end processing of vehicle registration documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Monitor Compliance: Track registration deadlines and compliance requirements to avoid penalties and ensure continuous operation.
- Organize Records: Maintain a systematic and up-to-date filing system for all vehicle and registration-related documents.
- Coordinate with Agencies: Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth registration renewals and updates.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry tasks into our database systems with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Customer Support: Assist clients and internal departments by answering inquiries regarding registration status and procedures.
- Report Preparation: Generate and maintain reports on registration statistics and outstanding documents as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field; preference given to graduates with courses in Office Administration or Business Management.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle registration procedures and government regulations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of document management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
