About the Role: AC Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Regulatory Associate to join our growing team in Laguna. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of our operational integrity, ensuring that all company activities strictly adhere to Philippine government regulations and industry best practices. You will work closely with legal and compliance teams to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and implement necessary controls to mitigate risk.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and interpret changes in local, national, and international regulations relevant to the retail and consumer products sector.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the organization.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential regulatory gaps or operational vulnerabilities.
- Prepare, review, and submit necessary government reports, filings, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies regarding regulatory inquiries and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Operations, HR) to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities and regulatory updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or legal operations within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine government regulations and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal texts and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant compliance management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with government officials and internal stakeholders.
