Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate internal and external compliance audits to ensure adherence to transit industry regulations.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of business permits and licenses, ensuring timely renewals and full regulatory alignment.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on transit operational workflows and provide actionable mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks for AI-driven transit technologies, ensuring legal and ethical data usage.
- Serve as the key liaison between the company and government regulatory agencies regarding service compliance.
- Draft, review, and update internal company policies to reflect evolving transit laws and AI governance standards.
- Monitor legislative changes and provide executive briefings on potential impacts to business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal affairs, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of Philippine regulatory environments, particularly within the transportation or public utility sectors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and emerging legal frameworks for automated technologies.
- Proven ability to interpret complex legal documentation and translate it into operational guidelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Professional certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is highly desirable.
