This is a unique 1-year contract opportunity designed for analytical thinkers who thrive in complex regulatory environments.
As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will be at the heart of the Finance function, ensuring data integrity and compliance with evolving financial standards. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing reporting processes, identifying gaps, and streamlining data workflows to meet local and international regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a comprehensive review of existing regulatory reporting workflows and financial data sets.
- Ensure all financial reports comply with MAS regulations and internal bank policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate data quality issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory filings within strict deadlines.
- Analyze variances in reporting data and provide insightful commentary to senior management.
- Participate in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reporting tools.
- Maintain detailed documentation of reporting methodologies and compliance procedures.
- Support internal and external audit requests during the review period.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in regulatory reporting or financial accounting within the banking/financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of MAS regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with financial reporting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Commitment to the full 1-year contract duration.
