Join Monee's dynamic finance team as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist on a 12-month contract. This critical role ensures our bank maintains full compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks while driving financial integrity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare accurate regulatory submissions, analyze financial data for reporting accuracy, and implement robust financial controls. Position offers exposure to international standards (MAS/Basel) and strategic planning processes in a fast-paced financial environment.
As a key contributor, you'll support the end-to-end regulatory reporting lifecycle, from data collection to submission. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly regulatory reports to MAS and international bodies
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes and update reporting procedures accordingly
- Collaborate with audit teams to resolve compliance discrepancies
- Develop and maintain documentation for regulatory reporting processes
- Support financial controls implementation and testing
- Participate in cross-departmental planning and forecasting initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years regulatory reporting experience in banking/finance
- Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and Basel frameworks
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Experience with financial reporting systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven attention to detail and deadline management
