Ltd. is seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Manager to lead clinical operations within a premier nursing home setting in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services, ensuring patient-centered care, and managing a multidisciplinary team of therapists.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and therapy assistants.
- Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation care plans tailored to the specific needs of nursing home residents.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines and internal quality standards.
- Manage departmental resources, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to integrate rehabilitation goals into the overall holistic care plan of patients.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Drive staff development initiatives, providing ongoing training and professional mentorship to the rehab team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of working within the ILTC or nursing home sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare administration, operational workflows, and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders including patients, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and data reporting.
