We are currently looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead our rehab and Pilates initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized rehabilitation programs that integrate Pilates principles to enhance recovery, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement personalized rehabilitation and Pilates programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on safe movement techniques, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
- Conduct initial evaluations to determine functional limitations and establish baseline measurements.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and that treatment areas adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of rehabilitation services.
Kualifikasi
- Valid license as Physical Therapist (PT) in the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in rehabilitation setting; experience with Pilates instruction is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in rehabilitation and exercise therapy.
- Certification in Pilates (e.g., STOTT, BASI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
