Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate triaging and processing of reinsurance operations documents and financial data.
- Manage monthly and quarterly accounting reconciliations for reinsurance contracts and accounts.
- Ensure timely settlement of premiums and claims while maintaining meticulous ledger records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in financial reporting or billing.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations for management review.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to internal audit controls and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Support the team in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a mid-shift environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of reinsurance or insurance accounting principles is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team structure.
