Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct regular visits and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide professional solutions.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and corporate gatherings.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to meet client needs.
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, feedback, and relationship status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client relations, public relations, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
