We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officer to join PT Mitra Solusi Lelang in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our retail and consumer products division by explaining, offering, and recommending financing solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.
As a Relationship Officer, you will be the face of our financial products, ensuring that customers understand the benefits and value we provide. Your primary goal is to build lasting relationships, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth within the Tangerang Raya region. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help customers achieve their financial goals, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Explain and promote financing products clearly to potential customers based on their specific profiles and needs.
- Identify and analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Tangerang area.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of financing applications.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the financing process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP) and driving license (SIM A) are preferred.
