Tanggung Jawab

  • Verify all outgoing orders against physical stock and documentation to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth releasing operations.
  • Maintain systematic and organized records of all released items for inventory tracking.
  • Prepare, check, and process necessary shipping documents, delivery receipts, and gate passes.
  • Monitor stock levels and immediately report discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
  • Assist in general office administrative tasks as required by the operations department.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and warehouse procedures during the releasing process.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Course, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Checker, Warehouse Clerk, or in an administrative support role is preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail to prevent shipping errors.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable, honest, and possess a proactive work ethic.
  • Willingness to be assigned in Agdao, Davao del Sur.
