Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and illegal activities
- Control access points and verify identification of visitors and employees
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure security protocols are being followed
- Write detailed incident reports and document security activities
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
- Maintain communication with primary security team and management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Security Officer/Satpam is required
- Valid Security Officer certification (Sertifikasi Satpam)
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
