Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate backup coverage for scheduled security personnel during absences
- Conduct routine patrols and surveillance of designated premises
- Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials
- Document security incidents and daily activity reports
- Respond promptly to emergency situations per company protocols
- Collaborate with primary security teams for seamless operations
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as Security Officer/Satpam
- Valid Indonesian Security Officer certification (Sertifikat Satpam)
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic first aid and emergency response training
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia
