Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial statements and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for client review
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with team members to optimize financial workflows
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Kualifikasi
- Required: Active CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently within remote team structure
