Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive remote administrative support for the leasing team
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings
- Process and maintain property documentation, contracts, and records
- Handle incoming communications (emails, calls) with professionalism
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office
- Assist with onboarding processes and team coordination tasks
- Support data entry and record-keeping systems
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
