In this exciting role, you will represent the world's leading music streaming platforms, providing top-tier support to millions of subscribers who speak both Chinese and English. This is a part-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home in Kuala Lumpur.
As a Mod, you will act as the friendly voice of the brand, helping users navigate their music subscriptions, troubleshooting technical glitches, and ensuring every listener has a seamless experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone for Chinese and English-speaking users.
- Assist subscribers with account management, subscription plans, and payment inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to music streaming devices and applications.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Upsell or inform users about new features and premium content offerings.
- Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Passion for music and familiarity with streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
- Excellent typing speed and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
