Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate QuickBooks financial records for US clients
- Perform comprehensive bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and financial regulations
- Prepare and deliver reliable financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with clients to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in US accounting principles and tax requirements
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift schedule
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
