Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
- Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance
