- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using problem-solving techniques
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality processes
- Continuously update product knowledge through ongoing training modules
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year call center/customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong typing proficiency (35+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
