- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and product expertise
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Continuously update product knowledge to address diverse customer needs
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must be a resident of Manila City with reliable home internet
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
