Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and retention rates.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or Call Center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and English language skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and email platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
