Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team leads and technical support to handle complex escalations.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, resolution time, and call quality.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to a positive remote team culture by sharing best practices and insights.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (clear neutral accent preferred).
  • Strong resilience, patience, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office setup.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
