Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team leads and technical support to handle complex escalations.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, resolution time, and call quality.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to a positive remote team culture by sharing best practices and insights.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (clear neutral accent preferred).
- Strong resilience, patience, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office setup.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed.
- Must be based in or near Cebu City, Cebu.
