Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and efficient information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
- Document all call details, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to ensure top-notch service
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in computer navigation and basic troubleshooting; experience with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup
