  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
  • Proficient in computer navigation and basic troubleshooting; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup
