Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat using Freshdesk/Vonage systems
- Resolve technical and billing issues with accuracy and empathy
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed case histories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated customer concerns
- Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously improve service quality through feedback analysis
- Adhere to company SLAs and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- C1-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 year Freshdesk/Vonage platform experience
- Proven track record in customer service or technical support
- Ability to work night shift (Monday-Friday 6PM-3AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in CRM software and ticketing systems
- Passion for motorcycles (preferred cultural fit)
- High school diploma or equivalent
