Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and resolving conflicts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and detailed itinerary planning for international trips.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other sensitive documents with high accuracy.
- Support executives with administrative tasks such as email management, expense reporting, and project coordination.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide summaries to assist in executive decision-making.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for North American professional standards.
- High proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational skills with an uncanny ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
