APX Hotels Apartments is seeking a versatile and proactive Remote Executive Assistant & HR Assistant to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to our CEO/Founder, ensuring executive efficiency while simultaneously overseeing critical human resources functions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and the day-to-day management of our workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or HR-related role.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and HRIS software.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, positive demeanor.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is considered a significant advantage.
