APX Hotels Apartments is seeking a versatile and proactive Remote Executive Assistant & HR Assistant to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to our CEO/Founder, ensuring executive efficiency while simultaneously overseeing critical human resources functions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and the day-to-day management of our workforce. If you possess exceptional communication skills, a high level of discretion, and a knack for administrative precision, we would love to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or HR-related role.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and HRIS software.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, positive demeanor.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is considered a significant advantage.
