- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments.
- Handle professional correspondence, including emails and calls, with discretion and accuracy.
- Prepare, format, and edit high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and project documentation.
- Support leadership with follow-ups on action items from meetings.
- Assist in general administrative tasks to optimize executive workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
