- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across different time zones
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute important documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access to critical information
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Assist in project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and progress updates
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
