Join Delegate CX as a Remote Financial Analyst and support our prestigious US-based client. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between local financial operations and international standards, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strategic insights that drive business growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a remote work environment and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through data-driven decisions.
As a key member of our finance team, you will manage complex financial data, prepare detailed monthly reports, and assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes. If you have a strong background in accounting and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate monthly reports and financial statements.
- Perform variance analysis and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the US client.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Knowledge of US GAAP is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
