Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage financial vouchers for accounts payable transactions
- Verify invoice accuracy and ensure compliance with vendor agreements
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate effectively with US-based client stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience with US-based financial systems preferred
