Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with Australian insurance clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Handle Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) to complex Insurance, Superannuation, and Retirement (ISR) risk assessments
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products
- Complete administrative tasks including policy documentation, claims processing, and record maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to client inquiries
- Stay updated with Australian insurance regulations, products, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to client acquisition and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in insurance brokerage, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of Australian insurance market, regulations, and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other insurance software platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
