Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in Korean and English
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to music streaming, playback, and app functionality
- Process account management requests including subscriptions, payments, and profile updates
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Provide feedback to improve service quality and user experience
- Stay updated on platform features, content updates, and service policies
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in remote or tech support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of music streaming platforms and digital media
