Tanggung Jawab

  • Guide US-based employees through the navigation of their health insurance and superannuation benefits.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and empathetic responses to inquiries regarding policy details and coverage options.
  • Process employee requests and maintain detailed, up-to-date records in the internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex employee issues and escalations.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure employee satisfaction and successful plan utilization.
  • Identify common trends in employee inquiries to help improve service processes.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience in operations or customer service is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or operations is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
