- Proactively identify and connect with US-based real estate professionals to generate referral opportunities
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of client contacts and referral information
- Coordinate communication between clients and referral partners to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Track referral progress and document outcomes for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to optimize referral strategies and improve conversion rates
- Conduct regular follow-ups with referral partners to maintain strong professional relationships
- Provide administrative support for referral documentation and compliance requirements
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for referral partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service roles preferred
