Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for housekeepers and kitchen staff across Papa Lee's restaurant chains in Poland
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates through various channels
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in both Malaysia and Poland is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Experience with international recruitment and cross-cultural communication
