Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for housekeepers and kitchen staff across Papa Lee's restaurant chains in Poland
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates through various channels
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in both Malaysia and Poland is an advantage
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Experience with international recruitment and cross-cultural communication
