Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates for blue-collar masonry and construction positions via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening calls to qualify candidates based on experience, skill level, and location requirements.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet hiring goals.
- Guide applicants through the recruitment process, providing clear information and answering queries regarding roles.
- Manage candidate data and activity logs accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and adjust search strategies accordingly.
- Promote our open positions professionally across various online communities and recruitment platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in recruitment, lead generation, or high-volume outbound outreach.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and build rapport with blue-collar professionals.
- High level of self-motivation, organization, and time management skills.
- Stable internet connection and a conducive, quiet home-office setup.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools is a significant advantage.
