Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact existing clients via telephone to discuss loan renewal options and ensure timely processing.
- Clearly explain the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of various loan products to clients.
- Address client inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions and renewal statuses in the company database.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional financial products or services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient renewal process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly renewal targets and performance metrics.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to client communication and data handling.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related sales role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a clear and persuasive telephone demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- A college degree or vocational course in a relevant field is a plus.
