Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end renovation projects, including planning, execution, and completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly
- Prepare regular project reports and maintain documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in renovation project management
- Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Experience in the Singapore construction industry is preferred
