Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end rent-to-own agreement process, ensuring all legal and financial terms are accurate.
- Conduct property assessments and client consultations to identify suitable options for potential buyers.
- Process applications, verify documentation, and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Liaise with the finance and legal departments to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through every step of the process.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and property listings.
- Organize marketing events and open houses to attract new leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in property management or sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian real estate market and local laws.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
