Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding rental properties and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage rental agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all rental activities and client interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and address operational challenges.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to account management as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive, helpful demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- No prior BPO experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
