Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly Demand & Supply Planning strategies to meet business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead replenishment processes to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future demand accurately.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Generate and maintain inventory reports, providing insights to management for decision-making.
- Optimize stock turnover rates and reduce holding costs through effective inventory control measures.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock counts and data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, replenishment, or demand planning within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
