- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting systems using SQL and BI tools
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance anomalies
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations for KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliverables
- Conduct root-cause analysis of operational performance metrics
- Document reporting processes and maintain data dictionaries
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Continuously optimize reporting workflows and data quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in reporting or business analytics role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Expert knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into business insights
