Tanggung Jawab

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations and client performance.
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using various reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all reported data, performing regular data validation and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and client services teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency, agent performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Automate reporting processes where possible to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Present findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support data governance initiatives and best practices for data management within the organization.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the BPO or call center industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) is essential.
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with database querying (SQL) is a significant advantage.
