Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to support executive decision-making.
- Utilize Alteryx to automate complex data workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing reporting accuracy.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal financial standards across all reporting systems.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that can drive strategic business initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize existing reporting templates and documentation for the finance team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Alteryx (experience with Alteryx Designer certification is a plus).
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with Python scripting for data automation or basic scripting tasks.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical data into business-friendly insights.
