Mace Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Reporting Manager / Lead to join our dynamic team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing program controls reporting requirements and formats for major programmes and projects delivered by our Project Management Consultants (PMCs). You will lead the development of robust reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with stakeholder needs.
As the Reporting Manager / Lead, you will drive the implementation of standardized reporting processes, analyze complex project performance data, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish program controls reporting requirements and formats for all programmes and projects delivered by PMCs
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that ensure accurate, timely, and consistent project performance data
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and clients
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to project teams
- Coordinate with PMCs, project managers, and stakeholders to validate data integrity and alignment with reporting standards
- Drive the implementation of reporting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and support junior reporting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in program controls, project reporting, or a similar role, preferably in construction or consultancy
- Proven expertise in developing and managing reporting frameworks within large-scale projects or programmes
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and program controls standards
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring teams
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
