Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end IDT recharge process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Reconcile inter-company accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain clean financial statements.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure global compliance and adherence to group accounting policies.
- Prepare high-level management reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for regional leadership.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities according to strict SLAs.
- Proactively participate in system enhancements and automation initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, or shared service centers.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with global stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of IFRS standards and inter-company accounting principles.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
