In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reports that provide insights into our recruitment processes, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics. Your expertise in data analysis will help the organization identify trends, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve overall hiring efficiency.
As a Reports Analyst, you will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards and reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop ad hoc reports using Access, Pivot Tables, and Power BI to address business needs
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand reporting requirements
- Design, create, and maintain reports that track recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Reports Analyst or similar role, preferably in HR/Talent Acquisition
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel Pivot Tables, and Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively
- Experience working with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
