Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily research operations and administrative support for clinical and medical research projects.
- Maintain and update accurate research databases, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and ethical guidelines.
- Facilitate communication between researchers, medical staff, and external administrative departments.
- Manage project-related documentation, including grant reports, informed consent forms, and ethics committee submissions.
- Assist in the scheduling and organization of research-related meetings, seminars, and stakeholder workshops.
- Monitor project timelines and track key milestones to ensure deliverables are met within the 10-month contract period.
- Support the procurement of medical and research supplies while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in research administration or healthcare operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and research database software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance, data privacy (PDPA), and clinical research ethics.
- Ability to commit to a 10-month contract starting from July 2026.
